Healthy Exchanges Food Newsletter December 1993, pg. 3. This was really chocolaty, and really good. But, I wouldn't consider it fudge. It never firmed up as much of fudge, it was more like sludge. But, with very good flavor! But, because of the texture, I give it 4 stars.
